Chetan was called to the Utter Bar of England and Wales on 27 March 2025 and has a strong academic and professional background in commercial and financial law. He holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM in Financial and Commercial Law from the University of Central Lancashire, alongside completing the Bar Practice Course (BPC) at the University of Law. In addition, he is a qualified mediator and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (AciArb), demonstrating his expertise in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
